Saturday, January 24- 6-8pm
"Icecube Meltdown"
The theme is winter.
Katie B, Gabe and Tammy are in charge of publicity.
Dana, Hannah and Craig are in charge of decorations.
Brad T and Kevin are in charge of staffing & service.
Meghan and Mandi are in charge of food.
Kristen H and Wally are in charge of the program.
I know I left some people out, sorry...remind me if I left YOU out!
Although the people listed above are in charge of specific areas, EVERYONE will help in just about every area.
We need winter things for decorations (skis, snowboards, snow shoes, toboggans, etc) We also need LOTS and LOTS of white Christmas lights, so once your family takes down their Christmas decorations, ask your parents if we can borrow your white lights for the cafe!
Schedule from now until cafe:
by Sunday, 12/28- signs will be up in CBC to promote the event
Sunday 1/4 & 1/11- youth pass out invites to Sunday School classes
Monday 1/19 reservation deadline
Friday, 1/23- SET UP- 6-10:30pm
Saturday, 1/24- 10am-12pm- finish set up (if necessary)
Saturday, 1/24- 4:30pm- youth report to fellowship hall

this is going to be so much fun, i can't wait to start working on it!
this WILL be a lot of fun, I'm excited because we do it better every year and you guys have some great ideas already!

When it lists the people's jobs at the cafe, is that only for the people listed, or when it says 'everyone will help' does that mean anybody can participate?
Ben- the people listed are the ones who came to the planning meeting and volunteered to lead a certain area...we will still need more help in almost all of thse areas though! most of the help will be on fridya night, jan 23 and satur jan 24
